Explore the activity of your chatbot.

The Activity page shows all conversations between visitors and your chatbot. Think of it as your conversation history where you can see what people are asking and how your chatbot is responding.

Why Review Activity?

Regularly checking your conversations helps you:

  • Spot common questions - See what people ask most often so you can improve your knowledge base
  • Check accuracy - Make sure your chatbot is giving correct answers
  • Find gaps - Discover topics your chatbot doesn't handle well
  • Improve prompts - Adjust your AI prompt based on real conversations

Conversation Details

Each conversation shows:

  • Full message history - Everything the visitor and your chatbot said
  • Channel - Where it happened (widget, WhatsApp, etc.)
  • Status - Active (ongoing) or ended
  • Timing - When it started and last activity

Making Improvements

After reviewing conversations, you can:

  1. Update your AI prompt if the chatbot's tone or approach needs adjustment
  2. Add missing information to your knowledge base
  3. Adjust actions if visitors aren't completing them
  4. See which topics generate the most interest

Check Activity weekly to catch issues early. Even 10 minutes of review can reveal patterns that help you improve response quality and customer satisfaction.
