How do message credits work?
Each request made to the chatbot costs a certain number of message credits. If you have any actions enabled, each action execution may cost additional credits. For example, actions like booking a meeting or sending a message to a customer may cost additional credit.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, there is a 7 day free trial. You can sign up for a free trial and see how it works for yourself. There's also a live demo available on our website.
When do my message credits reset?
Message credits are reset at the start of your billing cycle. For example, if you're on a monthly plan, your message credits will be reset on the first day of the month. With a yearly plan, your message credits will be reset on the first day of the year.
What happens if I run out of credits?
If you run out of message credits, you can either wait until your next billing cycle when credits reset or purchase additional credits immediately to continue using the chatbot without interruption.
How much data can I give to the chatbot?
You can give the chatbot up to 33MB of data per knowledge base. The more data you give it, the better it will be.
Is there a whitelabeling option?
Yes, there is a whitelabeling option. You can whitelabel the chatbot to your brand and remove the LeadJot branding from the chatbot. This feature is available as an additional paid add-on.
